About Chien Hsuan-Ming & Tsai Yu-Yun

Chien Hsuan-Ming and Tsai Yu-Yun had not received art training from the academy in the past. When inspiration struck, Chien took the lead in drawing the entire scene, and Tsai was responsible for the rendering and coloring. The couple completed the painting together and collaborated on the paper. It is a picture of diverse and eclectic landscapes and heaven and earth.

In 1996, to enrich his calligraphy theory and improve his painting skills, he studied painting from Professor Luo Zhenxian, the former dean of the Academy of Fine Arts of the National Taiwan University of Arts. It has been nearly thirty years without interruption. At the same time, the couple brings painting creation into life and faith, conveys a positive outlook on life and harmonious family values ​​to the world, and uses art to heal people’s hearts.

簡玄明老師及蔡玉雲老師過去未受學院藝術訓練，但當靈感所至，由玄明老師主筆繪製景物全貌﹐玉雲老師負責渲染補景設色﹐夫妻共同完成畫作，在畫紙上合作揮灑出一方氣象萬千、不拘一格的山水天地。

為充實畫理、精進畫藝，自1996年向國立臺灣藝術大學美術學院前院長羅振賢教授，迄今近三十年而不曾間斷。同時，也將繪畫創作帶入生活與信仰裡，向世人傳達正向的人生觀、和諧的家庭價值，用藝術療癒眾人心靈。

Introduction:

In this exhibition, “Spiritual Guardians” and “Ever-Changing Golden Glory” are two works in the “Fantasy World” ink series jointly created by two artists, CHIEN HSUAN-MING and TSAI YU-YUN. These works show their unrestrained brushstrokes following their thoughts, and their brushwork flows smoothly and swiftly. The mountains, rivers, and hills grow freely, and the characters and animals are active and full of vitality in the vast land and mountains.
